Free ground shipping for purchases on all orders.
You will receive a notification e-mail with your tracking number when your order has shipped.
1. Examine both the packaging and the material inside to ensure there are no physical damages.*
2. The material is strapped down to a skid and the material received matches your SupplyHouse.com packing slip.
3. If your material has arrived damaged, please note all damages on the delivery receipt and refuse the delivery.
4. All freight shipments are curbside deliveries unless otherwise noted. Our customer service team can arrange a lift gate service for an additional fee.
5. Additional fees apply if you wish to change your address once a shipment is already in transit.
Note: Damaged units MUST be reported within 24 Hours of receipt.
* If you find minimal damage that will not affect the way the unit operates, you can make a note on the delivery receipt and accept the delivery.

Handling Time And Shipping Time
Inventory and lead time messages are updated daily to maintain accuracy and are subject to change as orders are processed throughout the day.
Handling time is 3 to 4 days delivery time will be 3-6 days for transit time base on shipping selected or available. During the holiday season and or bad weather delivery may be delayed.
Shipping Information Entry
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. All addresses should include a street address, city, state, and postal code. If special instructions are necessary, please note them on the checkout page.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information; this includes matching the address with the correct postal code as entered in the checkout process. If UPS cannot find the shipping destination due to customer error in entering the address, the shipping costs associated with returning the package to DIY Part Center. Re-shipping the package to its correct address will be the responsibility of the customer. If after the package returns to DIY Part Center.Com, a customer decides not to re-ship, the order will be subject to standard return policies including restocking fees.
We do ship to certain locations outside of the United States.
Returns & Return Policy
Returns: You have 30 days to return your purchase for any reason and you have 14 days to report a damaged purchase or not as described please return the item in original package make sure its protected as not to be damaged while shipping insure item as necessary as you are responsible till we receive it. You are responsible for return shipping cost unless otherwise you are instructed that we will be providing you with a prepaid label. We need to receive item no later than 15 days from the date of this email as soon as we receive the item and inspect if it meets our return policy you will be refunded per our refund policy.NOTE: If the item is damaged has been used or we can not resell or you send back an item we did not sell to you or purchase is returned late. You may be charged a restocking fee for up to 50% of cost or return can be denied per our policy. If we pay your return shipping for other than if the item is being returned as defective or damaged we will deduct shipping from your purchase amount. If item is being returned because the claim is item is defective or damaged once we receive item and it is tested and or checked for damage and item is found to be defective and damage was not caused by improper use we will credit your account or resend a replacement who pays for shipping will be determined at that time if you what a replacement and want a replacement faster you must reorder and pay for it then we will credit return after we receive and inspect return .
- Spa Covers, Chemicals, Paint, and other "Custom" orders are not refundable; please call for details.
- Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
Note: we will not accept returns that have postage due these will be returned back to you from the shipping company. Please do not add signature required as this will delay your refund as we only pick up packages with signature required once a week your tracking information should tell you in most cases when we receive your return.
If you are returning an item because it was a lower cost somewhere else and the item we send you is an Oem part which is from the manufacturer please follow the direction for this return.
[Important]Good day the item you received is an Oem part from the manufacturer the part that you have purchased from a different location may be an aftermarket part .as not to confuse our part with the other we ask you to return our unopened Oem part in its original package if item is open or part is not what we had sent you per our policy we can deny the return or deduct up to 50% of cost as a restock fee or in this case we would have to dispose of part . If the item is unopened in original package nothing to worry about you will receive a full refund thank you for your understanding Sam
All items being returned not as described must describe what is not as described this must be a critical part off description example wrong color, wrong size, a different picture of an item then what you received. These returns will not be honored as not as described if it doesn't meet these criteria and buyer will pay for return shipping.
Please to not return items that have not been authorized to return as we are unable in some cases to refund item after 30 days you will be responsible to provide returned prepaid label.
We offer returns up to 30 days after you received your product. Before you ship your product back give us a call or email us. We will issue you a unique number to make sure your product does not get lost and you’re refunded quickly.
