1. Start With the Existing Jet
Remove or inspect the existing jet and look for a part number, manufacturer name, or other identifying information. If you can find a number on the jet, compare it with the replacement listing.
2. Measure the Jet Face
Measure across the front face of the jet from one outside edge to the opposite outside edge. Take the measurement as accurately as possible.
- Measure the outside diameter of the visible jet face.
- Note whether the face is round, oval, or another shape.
- Compare the appearance with the replacement pictures.
3. Check the Back of the Jet
The rear connection is just as important as the front. Check the body style, tabs, threads, retaining features, and connection size.
- Check the rear body diameter.
- Look for tabs, locking features, or threads.
- Note the connection style.
- Compare the rear of your existing jet with product pictures when available.
4. Check the Manufacturer and Model
If you know the hot tub manufacturer and model, use that information along with the jet measurements. Compatibility information can help narrow down the correct replacement.
5. Compare Pictures Carefully
Before ordering, compare the front and rear views of the replacement with your existing jet. Look at the face design, openings, trim, tabs, and connection points.
6. Check Replacement Part Numbers
Some original jets have been discontinued and replaced by newer part numbers. If a listing identifies a replacement number for your original part, compare that information before ordering.
